At SAB Express and our wider logistics group, we are committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and fairness. Bribery and corruption in any form are strictly prohibited, whether in dealings with the public sector or in private commercial transactions.

Our Commitment

• We fully comply with the Saudi Anti-Bribery Law (Royal Decree No. M/36 and its amendments), which criminalises bribery in both public and private sectors.
• We uphold the principles of leading international anti-bribery frameworks, including:
  • The UK Bribery Act 2010
  • The US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) 1977
  • The OECD Anti-Bribery Convention
  • The United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC)
• We adopt a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, facilitation payments, and kickbacks.
• We ensure all business dealings are carried out ethically, transparently, and in compliance with the law.

What This Means in Practice

• No Bribes or Kickbacks: We do not offer, request, or accept bribes of any kind, whether monetary or non-monetary, in either public or private sector dealings.
• Gifts and Hospitality: Any gifts or hospitality must be reasonable, modest, and for legitimate business purposes only.
• Third Parties: All agents, brokers, suppliers, and partners working with SAB are required to uphold the same standards.
• Transparency: All financial transactions must be properly recorded, supported by documentation, and open to audit.

Reporting Concerns

We encourage employees, partners, and clients to raise concerns about potential bribery or corruption. Reports can be made in confidence through our compliance channels. Retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited.

Consequences

Any violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of contracts, and referral to the relevant Saudi or international authorities. Penalties under Saudi law include imprisonment and fines. International penalties can also apply where SAB works with multinational partners. 

Our Responsibility

The Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring this policy is applied across SAB Express and the wider logistics group. Regular reviews, employee training, and third-party due diligence help us maintain the highest standards of compliance.
